Project Description
Dry Mix Plant – Dry Mortar Mixing production plant that mainly consists of the mixing tower. This mixing tower holds 14 large silos ( 70m3 capacity each) containing raw materials (sands). These having been pneumatically conveyed to level +25.00m will be mixed by additives to produce a Dry Mortar Mix. The complicated and detailed dosing, weighing and mixing procedure is done by state of the art equipment.
SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDED
- IETC is the General Consultant for this project (structural, civil, electro-mechanical)
- Revision of structural concrete and steel drawings prepared by Orascom Engineering
- Site – supervision for all civil works
- Preparation of detailed Bill of Quantities
- Supervision on the erection of all mechanical equipment and fittings
- Supervision and revision on the electrical works
