Project Description
Tower 3 is part of the King Saud Medical City. The tower consists of podium level, lower ground, ground floor, first, second, 2 mechanical floors, typical floors from 5th floor up to 14th floor, roof, upper roof and helipad.
Mechanical floors are level three, four and fifteen. From fifth to fourteenth floors, each floor contains 48 beds and second floor is for surgery and pre and post operation care. Curtain walls with maintenance walkway are at the perimeter between levels 5 and 15.
The main structural system is flat slab system with or without drop panels and marginal beams.
