Project Description
The project located in Madinaty, Cairo, Egypt, There are five type of buildings designs that range in size from 145 to 240 square meters. The architecture of the buildings is built on the language of the hotel and modulated in a way that creates a distinctive expression of cultural connection and an optimistic modern expression, it includes 5 Types of Residential buildings.
The principal structural design criterion and the construction sequence to be adopted are based on efficient functioning, controlled expenses, speed of execution, durability and overall safety of thestructures.
