Project Description

The project consists of – Main services tunnel with 1500 meter length, 12 colleges, housing, all services and activity building with a total built area equal 516000 square meters.
The tape of structure for the whole buildings in the projects is Precast concrete units.

SCOPE OF WORK INCLUDED

  • Preparation of detailed structural design drawings for the whole project.
  • Preparation of detailed structural calculation notes for review by the general administration for the project King Saud University.
  • Preparation of detailed drawings for the roads and Parking Areas.
  • Preparation of detailed technical specification and Bill of Quantities
