Project Description
The Project comprises the design and construction of a shopping mall in Tanta, Gharbia, Egypt on a land plot of an area totaling to 112,163 m2. The mall will have a built-up area (BUA) and footprint of 55,233 m2, and a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 41,851m2. Consisting of only one floor, the mall will contain, inter alia, a line of shops, food court, outdoor open areas for food & beverage outlets, hypermarket, and anchor shops.
