Project Description
Located in Ain Sukhna. Egypt, in a new developing area, conveniently linked to a dock on the Red Sea, which will facilitate material shipping and export, the new Ezz flat steel minimal will produce 1.2Mt of hot rolled coils.
Bar Mills includes:
- Reheating Furnace with its charging area and reheating furnace exit area.
- Rolling Mill (roughing, intermediate, finishing, and shear area)
- Finishing area (Cooling bed, cutting to length area, stacker area, tying and storage area).
- Water Treatment Plant (Sludge thickener, Clarifier, Sand Filters, Cooling Towers, Dewatering Station, and Pump Room)
- Compressed Air Plant
- Electrical Substation (Main and Distribution transformers, Switch Gears, MCCs, Main Drives, PLC, Power Correction Factor, Batteries and Battery Charger, Generator)
