A unique design that creates open vistas across the broad parkland as well as private vistas into smaller manicured gardens, the visionary land plan creates a luxurious setting for the exclusive 112 villas that nestle within this special setting. There are six custom villa designs that range in size from 425 to 1200 square meters. The architecture of the villas is built on the language of the hotel and modulated in a way that creates a distinctive expression of cultural connection and an optimistic modern expression, it includes 6 Types of Residential villas.

The principal structural design criterion and the construction sequence to be adopted are based on efficient functioning, controlled expenses, speed of execution, durability and overall safety of the structures.
