Project Description
The KAFD 1.08 HOTEL Tower comprises 18 Floors above ground and 4 basement levels.
The upper floors are primary guest rooms of various types ranging from standard room, junior and executive suites, and one royal suite. Total keys are around (214).
The hotel includes all day restaurants, sports club, banquet Hall and front of house and back of house facilities and with some retail and commercial areas at
the ground and first two floors.
Total built up area around 49,000 sqm of which 29,000 sqm are above ground and the remaining 20,000 sqm are below ground.
