The International Engineers for Technical Consultation, which was established in 1991 by Dr. Hany El Gammal and Dr. Magdy Mourad, is located at Giza, Egypt, accommodating state-of-the-art office facilities supporting the firm’s management, design, and drafting facilities. The dedicated staff are committed to developing economical yet unique solutions to meet our Clients needs and budgets.
